Patrick Lencioni and his staff from The Table Group developed and released the 6 Types of Working Genius productivity tool in 2021. This model defines the process of work that is applicable across industries and offers an assessment to help individuals identify their gifts and frustrations.
As a certified Working Genius Facilitator, Martha enjoys collaborating with individuals to help uncover natural, God-given gifts or geniuses. As a Working Genius facilitator, she understands why we each enjoy certain types of work or tasks over others. This knowledge makes a difference through understanding how we can work at our best and therefore maximize our efforts.
